It had become outdated and disconnected from the value their platform actually delivers.
The challenge was clear: evolve their identity without losing the recognition they already had.
We focused on creating a brand system that reflects what SLATE enables for its customers:
Clarity, flow, and strong relationships.
The symbol: Designed to mirror the customer lifecycle. The slate-coloured shapes form the letter “S,” with a central circle representing the customer at the heart of it all.
Typography: We selected Montserrat for its rounded characteristics, visually linking back to the movement of the symbol.
Colour scheme: A refined palette that feels modern, professional, and distinctively “SLATE.”
The result is a brand identity that feels like a natural evolution, not a total reset.
It positions SLATE as a modern, reliable CRM while keeping the customer at the centre.
With the new identity launched, we’re now redesigning the CRM platform itself.
Ensuring the brand is consistent across every touchpoint, from the logo to the user experience inside the product.
